Refund & Return Policy – Naba Al Dhyafah Water

At Naba Al Dhyafah, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns

• You may return unopened and unused water bottles in their original packaging within 3 days of delivery.
• Products that are opened, damaged, or partially used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

3. Wrong or Damaged Products

If you receive the wrong item, defective packaging, or damaged bottles, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order without any charges.
• If the order has already been dispatched, delivery charges may apply.
